Penguin's Cape
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Ping the penguin wakes up in an inside a prison cell in a castle, but soon he realizes, if he stays there he’s going to be eaten alive! Well, maybe not alive, but nevertheless, one most be careful with this kind of situation. Now he has a choice, he can stay there and be eaten by those horrendous walrus, or put on his cape (A metaphorical one) and escape. He’s no match up against the big beasts that guard the castle, but he could use this “smallness” at his advantage.
Now it’s up to you to guide his journey into the shadows, sneak, jump, hide, walk, in order to escape, from the Walrus’ Castle.

Hi! First, thanks for your interest in Penguin's Cape and sorry for my delayed response.
So... there are a few parts of the project I can not share with you for reasons beyond me. (for example the assets have copyright and all that stuff).
Therefore, I don't know if the source code would be of any help with you. That being said I can discuss the technics I used, and some of the resources I used.
